1.Reinforced Nylon Base: Premium Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon (PA+GF)

Material Advantages: Modified nylon with 20%–30% glass fiber added offers over 3 times the impact resistance of ordinary PP, making it less prone to cracking over long-term use.

Suitable Scenarios: Suitable for high-frequency use environments (such as offices and conference rooms), especially suitable for spaces with high dust levels or large humidity fluctuations, offering superior weather resistance.

Identification Method: Check the product description for "PA6+GF" or "contains glass fiber," avoiding vague terms such as "engineering plastic."

Structural integrity: One-piece molding without seams avoids stress concentration and breakage risks caused by screw connections.

Process hallmarks: High-quality bases have a uniform reinforcing mesh or ring support structure on the inner wall, capable of withstanding repeated pressure without deformation.
